Spoiled postal academy student Jesper is assigned to the frozen island town of Smeerensburg and must process six thousand letters to return home. A chance encounter with isolated woodsman Klaus suggests that children's requests and delivered toys can revive the abandoned service.

Under Sergio Pablos and Carlos Martínez López, Jesper's selfish energy and Klaus's weighted stillness form a vivid comic contrast. Angular town design, snow light, hand-drawn character animation, stacked letters, handmade toys, and changing routes make generosity a practical chain reaction.
